📦 Return & Exchange Policy — Femina Luxe

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• with all original packaging and tags

⛔ Non-returnable items:
• gift cards
• final sale items (if indicated at checkout)

🔁 Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email.
